Our counselor had great suggestions and was overall very knowledgeable about Disney in general. She was very prompt answering my emails and phone calls. My original trip plan was to stay outside of Disney and see Universal, Seaworld, etc. Our counselor was very accommodating to that without pushing Disney. She had lots of suggestions for whichever plan we went with.We did end up staying in a Disney hotel and spending most of our time there though, just love it!! A free dining offer had become available after our original booking and our agent was very prompt in getting our trip re-booked so we could take advantage of that offer. (I) Would definitely recommend to friends and hope to use the service again soon!
