April & May 2024 Credit Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ “April & May
2024” Credit Offer which will be marketed as “Boarding Pass to Sunlit Savings”.
Qualified bookings will get a certain percentage off a booking for a second person
traveling in company.
● Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller:
○ Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 70% off all Caribbean Sailings
(departing from Miami and San Juan). Under the ”April & May 2024” Offer
through 30 April 2024, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of up to
35% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2)
Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin on an Eligible
Booking (see sections 2 and 3.1).
○ Buy One Fare Get a Second Fare 80% off all Mediterranean Sailings
(departing from Barcelona, Piraeus, Portsmouth) and Repositionings
(departing from Barcelona, Piraeus, Portsmouth, Civitavecchia (Rome),
Miami, and San Juan). Under the ”April & May 2024” Offer through 30
April 2024, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of up to 40% off
both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors
book a voyage to sail together in an Eligible Cabin on an Eligible Booking
(see sections 2 and 3.1).
This offer will be marketed as a “buy one fare get a second fare 70% off all Caribbean
sailings” or “buy one fare get a second fare 80% off all Mediterranean and Repositioning
sailings.”
2. Eligible Bookings. Eligible bookings are those purchased between 12:01 a.m.
EDT on 28 March 2024 through 11:59 p.m. EDT on 30 May 2024. Eligible voyage dates
are those non-charter, open, revenue voyages departing from 30 March 2024 through
29 October 2025.
3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The “April & May 2024” Credit Offer is subject to the
following restrictions and exclusions.
3.1. Eligible Cabins, the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In
Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the
percentage off in the ”April & May 2024” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes
the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Ltd View
Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. The Sailors to whom the two
bookings apply must travel in the same cabin.
3.2. Charter voyages are excluded from the “April & May 2024” Credit Offer.
3.2. Interaction with other with the following offers, discounts, or credits:
