Every time I have worked with Marsha (which is many times by now- we started working with her during our first trip in 2014), it just eases my mind. Even though I am very familiar with the processes at WDW, DL, and now DCL, I will always feel better knowing I have a backup knowledgeable person who can help me if something goes wrong.
